- One 30-minute recorded consultation call per month

- Priority scheduling for urgent issues
- Hours roll over for up to 6 months (bank up to 6 hours)

What if I don't use all my hours in a month?
They roll over! Hands-On Support hours bank for up to 6 months (max 12 hours). Expert Guidance hours bank for up to 3 months (max 3 hours).
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Absolutely. Just let me know and we’ll adjust starting the following month.
What if I need more than my monthly hours?
Additional work is billed at $50/hour. You can also add an extra hour block for $45.
Do you work on all website platforms?
I specialize in Shopify and WordPress, but I also work with Wix, Squarespace, and other platforms. If you’re not sure, just ask!
What's NOT included?
Major redesigns, custom coding projects, and content creation (copywriting, photography) are separate projects. I’ll let you know upfront if your request falls outside the subscription scope.
How do I cancel?
Email me at least 7 days before your next billing date. You’ll lose any banked hours, but there are no cancellation fees.
