I get asked a lot for recommendations for programs and services so I’ve compiled a list of my favorite tools and resources. I have used each of these in my business or for clients. If you do choose to use one of these tools, I encourage you to consider if it is the best choice for your business.

Tools for your Website

*Fathom provides thorough but easy-to-understand information about your website visitors and is focused on privacy for website visitors, it doesn’t track them or save their personal information.

*Termageddon is a comprehensive website policies generator and will update your website policies when privacy laws change, .

*Social Warfare is a social media sharing plugin for WordPress. It’s customizable and allows you to choose from a ton of platforms for visitors to share your content on. Plus the analytics are amazing!

*Updraft Plus is my very favorite program for making backups of websites. There is a free version available. I use it on nearly every client website I have ever set up. If you’ve been around for a while, you know how seriously I take keeping sites backed up.

*Short Pixel is an image optimization WordPress plugin I recommend to all of my clients. Image optimization can greatly affect your site speed which in turn can boost your SEO and Google Core Vitals score.
Services for your Business

*Answer the Public is an SEO tool used to research keywords and phrases. It is extremely comprehensive and one of my favorite research tools and the free version is incredibly useful.

*Loom is my very favorite tool for creating videos. With it, I can share my screen to walk clients through websites, explain issues, and help them troubleshoot problems.

*Dubsado is the program I use to keep in touch with and manage my client accounts. From forms, to scheduling, to invoices, this is my one-stop shop.
